Provide personalized customer service with Amazon Connect

Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, a feature of Amazon Connect, equips contact center agents with a more unified view of a customer’s profile, including the most up to date information, all in an effort to provide more personalized customer service.

Customer Profiles combine Amazon Connect contact history with disparate customer data from third-party applications into a unified customer profile.  This is a no-code experience for configuring how customer data is aggregated from sources such as Salesforce and S3, making it simpler for admins to provide agents with the customer information they need. Through the Amazon Connect AWS console, admins can customize how data is mapped to a customer profile, create user-defined data attributes on a profile, and customize the search keys available to find profiles.
