Process, Adaptability, And Getting It Right the First Time
At Triumph Tech, we keep our heads in the clouds so you don’t have to. That’s a neat turn of phrase, but it also describes us very well. Triumph Tech is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Partner. Our global team consists of the best experts on the planet, and we’re currently experiencing massive, unprecedented growth and racking up some amazing success stories for our customers.
As a Project Manager, my job and reason for existence is to deliver results to our clients. That takes process. Our formal processes are based on industry standards so we are not reinventing the wheel, however they are being continuously improved as we assess what works and what doesn’t.
One Size Never Fits All
Once a project has been initiated, my role is to assemble the team of experts and work the plan. Some projects are relatively easy, some are extremely complicated. As a Project Manager I am able to tap into the talents and expertise of anyone in the company to make sure the client gets the results they want. If things need to change, we can do it quickly.
We never try to fit a square peg into a round hole.
We Are Focused On You
Every project is unique and every project is the top priority for the client, so it has to be the top priority for me as well. Nothing is ever perfect, but one of the most unique strengths of Triumph Tech is the commitment to give everyone the tools to succeed.
Project Managers usually get overbooked, but not here. We are empowered by the CEO and our department Director to have the time available to focus, to understand, and to work the plan.
The goals of our leadership are to make sure we Project Managers have everything we need, including enough bandwidth in the work-day to actually manage the project. I like to describe my main responsibilities as:
- Resource Allocation
- Budget Management
- Constant Communication and Coordination with Regularly Scheduled Meetings and Ad-hoc syncs when needed
- Keeping to the Deliverables
- Follow Up, Follow Up, Follow Up
- Be Accountable – the buck stops here
If I can do that well, my experts will be happy, productive, and can deliver amazing results for you.
Scott Truesdell, Project Manager
